Stream Agent AI is an AI-powered platform that helps users generate content for social media, including scripts, descriptions, and trend analysis. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Free plan: Limited features available at no cost.
• Text plan: Paid subscription with expanded features.
• Pro plan: Full access to all features.

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy / Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the Service does not function as described. To request a refund, contact us at 891981es@gmail.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the Service to generate spam or misleading content at scale.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using the Service belongs to you, subject to the limits of the underlying AI provider (OpenAI) terms. Stream Agent AI retains all rights to the platform, its code, design, and branding.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is produced by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated output.The Service provides recommendations based on AI analysis. However, we do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to view counts, engagement, or 'virality' of the content. Success on social media platforms depends on third-party algorithms and factors beyond our control.Any 'Viral Spot' identification or content suggestions are subjective AI outputs. Users are encouraged to use their own judgment before publishing. Stream Agent AI is not responsible for any platform penalties, shadowbans, or lack of performance resulting from the use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time for maintenance or improvements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream Agent AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 1 month preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
